Shekeré (Chekeré) Duet with Jim Greiner & Dror Sinai

Jim Greiner & Dror Sinai performed this impromptu Shekere duet before Jim's Shekere Workshop at Rhythm Fusion in Santa Cruz, California.

Jim, through his company, Jim Greiner's Hands-On! Drumming® Events (www.handsondrum.com), performs, teaches workshops and conducts Drum Circles and other rhythm-based programs worldwide for corporate team-building, conference ice-breaking and community events.

JIm is playing a Shekeré made by Thomas Hood of "Shake and Rattle" (www.shakeandrattle.com), a master Shekeré maker based in the Atlanta, Georgia-area. Check out Thomas' web site for a wide range of options, including custom orders.

Jim is an endorser/clinician for Latin Percussion Instruments, Sabian Cymbals, ProMark Drumsticks, Gibraltar Hardware, Audix Microphones and Factory Metal Percussion.
