I don't mean to be a hater or anything, but what about Operation7... you can build your own weapon from the ground up and you can own all of them for as long as you want. If you like FPS games for vehicles then warrock or BP4F (Battlefield play 4 free) then they're your games. If you're in it for the weapons then Op7 is your best friend. Like I said, Non-intentional hate comment; just an informative comment.
