How to catch Skarmory in Pokemon Soul Silver

***Read Description***
Couple of things
1. Got the video to have better quality than the last ones somehow.
2. It is really easy and fast to catch Skarmory as long as you have certain things.
Those things are:
1. A pokemon that is Level 26 or 27 (25 will make all pokemon appear and 28 is higher than Skarmory's level)
2. Any kind of Repel.
Now Instructions:
1. Fly to Blackhorn City.
2. Go down to Route 45.
3. Use your repel, put your lv 26/27 up front and go running in the grass.
