I didn't hear anything on here that had to do with 'alternate timelines'? Meaning even if the person COULD travel back to his own time, nothing would be affected cause all the changes you just made exist in another reality?...

@ToonHead2012 Well....they wouldn't exist in another time-line, they would exist in the time-line you were in at the time but another time-line, the time-line you had initially hailed from, would still exist, un altered. But yeah you're right I did miss quite a few titbits of time travel lore, wish I had more time, no pun intended.

theres somthing that bothers me ALOT in futurama: Bender's Game. Nudar travels back in time ONCE, and only once, then comes through the door with a copy of himself, which means that actually, seconds before Nudar traveled back in time, there were 3 Nudars in the timeline, not two...
