It looks like they have removed this feature. I liked the ability not to see the f word or any other swear word on youtube.
If you like seeing f this and f that then there is something wrong with you. I wouldn't want my young children to see such disguising words.

You might be asking why your comment was blanked out on someone elses video? Each video has to be set, there is no set for all the videos, you have to do it to each one.
