  • I love u guys.... But I think orange sauce should've been thicker. Simply boil it down to get the right consistency and add more butter to bind.

  • should use olive oil, instead of the fat from duck and no butter, and then thicken with corn flour

    and casting sugar/ salt/ cracked pepper

  • Good job. This might be good with an apricot reduction as well. Maybe with a bit of good balsamic--just a thought. Anyway, I agree with the previous comment on the reduction. I like mine much thicker. Love your videos, by the way.

  • congratulations for the new page. Its looks good, but one thing I do not see video section on your page. Its only if someone who comes to your page directly, he may miss your video channels on youtube & dailymotion. I believe u will add videos on your new homepage. thanks for all wonderful recipes :-)
