Warm Up

Chest/Back
One arm Chest Fly 2 x 20
Bent over back row 2 x 20

Wide Fly Pushup 2 x 20
One arm reverse grip lat extension 2 x 20

Resisted Pushup 2 x 20
One arm back row mid 2 x 20

3 minute back Extension

Abs
2x
Laying Crunches
Standing Ab Crunch
Kneeling Ab Crunch
