The Raptor Center is off to the Galapagos Island of Pinzón to support efforts to restore an endangered Giant Tortoise population—an animal currently listed as "extinct in the wild" by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The Center will protect hawks found on the island, while the environment is made once again safe for the tortoise.
