  • One reason people talk too fast is not because of being excited or out the door or having no "visual regulators", but because they know the topic so much better than the listener that they fail to pace the information to the learner's pace. Consider the listener's comprehension of the information you are providing.

  • One of the most annoying things is when people call you and leave a msg. about a issue or problem that they need fixed and they dont describe the issue at all....ie "Hey Bob the documents that you sent over are totally messed up, please call me back".Then you wast time trying to call him back to find out the problem.A better msg would be "Hey Bob,there were 2 signitures missing on the 2nd page and 1 on the 4th page of the XX document that you sent over,can you please correct and resend.
