READ! I'm sick of people telling me the same thing over and over. I know he pronounces it differently, you can stop telling me now.

Hadouken sounds like "hadouken," shoryuken sounds like "shoryuken," but why does Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku sound like "Futhiketheckthukeck?" The name of the attack means "Tornado Whirlwind Foot" which describes the move, but why don't Ken and Ryu actually sound like they're saying that when they do the move?

For those of you who didn't like how long the last video was, here's an edited version. I know it's horribly glitchy, blame Adobe Premiere for that. It glitches the video files I import to it.

  • lol weird gaijin accent

why gaijins pronounce emphasize every vowel?

    like "Tahh Tsuuhh Mahhhhh Kihhhh"

  • @sijotakane Why do the Japanese pronounce "dragon" as if its spelled "doragon" and "ball" as if its spelled "badu?" Because they pronounce English words based on how they are spelled in Katakana. Likewise, the way that I pronounced "Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku" is consistent with English phonics based on how it's spelled in Romanji.

  • WELL IN JAPANESE YOU DONT READ "U" AND "I" SPELLS...SO ITS "TATSMAK SENPKYAK"

  • @zonurvideos First of all, you don't have to shout (i.e. stop typing in ALL CAPS) second of all, before you post a comment look at the other comments to see if anyone's said the same thing. I do not need a kazillion people telling me the same thing.
