you a bit behind in the 3d printing scene!!! have you thought of using a normal ink jet as the head that squirts water based glue??? that's how zcorp does it!!!
Metal printing already exists. There are systems that bind stainless steel powder with an adhesive, which you can then replace with bronze in a hot infusion process.
Also, many of the plastics used in 3D printing can be used as models in investment casting.

Search for "contour crafting". A professor from southern california has been working on robotic placement of and troweling of concrete for some time.
