@munddiare of the two, the Dr Brandt one is aimed more at oily skin and large open pores/acne so that one would be best but it is a little on the expensive side x

I've heard that you can use the Este Lauder Idealist-Pore Minimizer as a primer, have you tried that and what are your thoughts?

@TheLizHaley I havent used it as a primer but I know you can, I have friends who do and really like it. See if you can get a sample to try before you buy x

Since most primers don't contain an SPF I do have to use an SPF b/c I live in sunny Las Vegas..in your opinion what is a good SPF to use under primer w/o being too heavy?

Hi Lisa - Love your blog and videos. I am trying to find a primer that really keeps foundation in place. I find my foundation has been absorbed by lunch time! I currently use smashbox which gives a nice finish but doesnt seem to keep it in place. Any tips?
