Sally's Tattoo

My wife, Sally Jones-Rooy, is undergoing chemotherapy as part of her treatment for uterine cancer. When she started losing her hair, she had it shaved. At first, it was a jolt to her self-image; but then she decided to turn a perceived shortcoming into an asset, by making her bald head into a work of art. She enlisted the help of a young body painting artist, Vicki Younger, who uses henna as one of her media. Vicki was excited to be part of Sally's defiant statement against cancer, and offered to create a design for free.
