  • BP caused the losses & BP will cover all these losses. Don't worry broke Louisiannan Americans, BP caused your losses & BP will cover your losses. You've seen BP's ads & everybody knows that if BP puts it in an ad, BP will honor it. Just ask the oil containment boom manufacturers who went Millions into debt to produce boom, only to have BP renege on contracts & screw them.
