大雁氣功的動功是模仿大雁的形態、動作、起居、習性,按照氣在人體內運化的原理編排而成的一套功法。它剛柔相濟、舒展自然、輕鬆和諧。習功時自有一種飄飛如雁感,心胸豁達,神情安泰,美不勝收。
大雁氣功前六十四式,是模仿大雁的姿態、性情和動作;並以古代陰陽學、經腧穴、氣化理論為主要根據而形成的一套功法。
整套功法是利用動作的上下、前後、左右、向內、向外;升降開合,動靜相間;吸收天地之氣;收貫、排泄、補虛、瀉實,以達到調節機體的陰陽平衡;疏通經路、保持經路暢通無阻,祛病強身之目的。
整套功法、安排造型優美,舒展大方,從大雁清晨醒來、展翅、抖膀飛向天空,一路上撈月、望月,直到落下來瞰水、尋食,以至尋窩安睡。動作連貫,易記易練。實踐證明,它具有疏通經路快、得氣快、怯病健身快和不出偏差的特點。

Yes, there should be only ONE way to perform Dayan and this is it. Most video on Youtube are distorted version. Just came across two new upload yesterday and they are quite close. One from China, the other NSW/Aust.

there is no better teacher. I am doing dayan for 13 years, met many people, no 2 of them did it the same way. The only 2 reliable sources are the official DVD from late master Meijun and her son here in you tube. And the movements of Mr. Chen go more deep, i'm learning from him,TY for posting this treasure

also is it just me or does this master resemble somewhat "master kan" from the 1970's tv series "kung fu" with david carridine?

This is how the Wild Goose should be done! This is the son of Grandmaster Yang Meijun.
Master Chen is the current Grandmaster of the wild Goose system. If your version is different to this ... ask yourself why? Then find a better teacher.
