According to current scientific opinions Allosaur and other small limbed therapods were likely omnivores and probably only consumed flesh they scavenged for. I'm fairly safe unless I die in her presence.

Allosaur have cloaca like birds and reptiles. They are not susceptible to the same virii as us since the cloaca lacks the glands (oral or genital) that absorb the viruses humans and other mammals are susceptible to. To put it simply; No. Allosaur does not have herpes. It is scientifically impossible.
