The Brothers of Epsilon Chapter have upheld the respect of womanhood—one of the fraternitys ideals—by continuously honoring outstanding minority women on the University of Michigan campus. The Salute is an elegant event in which the honorees and female population are invited for an evening of dinner, music, awards, special presentations, and phenomenal keynote speakers. In the past, the speakers have been notable women such as Susan Taylor and Joie Lee. Every year, Epsilon chapter invites a notable speaker to talk with and continue to inspire women to reach their highest heights. This year the speaker was Dr. Patricia Coleman-Burns
