My weight loss journey with before and after 4 stone lost 001.AVI

Hi - here is my latest weight loss video - after losing 4 stone on Lighter Life - I still have at least 2 stone to go - but this clearly shows what Lighter Life can do for you - and this is after just 14 weeks.
In the last few weeks I've been losing at least 4lb per week.

@jingabobo It's incredible how much better I feel - this diet gives you all the vitamins and minerals you need and I think thats part of why I feel so good - they have a great management programme too, after you have lost the weight

OMG you look incredibly nice, as a matter of fact it don't even look like you at all, wao. Great job its not easy and I know for experience. I wonder if the Lighter Life diet is something like MediFast? I lost 92lbs on my own & got stuck and now am using WonderSlim wish I don't have much exp. on this types of diets but its working good, I lost 6lbs in 4 days and that's really good even though I just started it's great and easy. Hope you reach your goal weight very soon, congrats!!!!!
