材料:熟香蕉83g、奶油244g、細砂糖332g、全蛋266g、苦甜巧克力189g、低筋麵粉89g、可可粉35g、杏仁粉42g、烤熟核桃222g

做法:準備鍋子把苦甜巧克力倒入用隔水加熱方式煮溶,用過篩器把低筋麵粉、可可粉、杏仁粉一起過篩到調理盆中,把室溫軟化的奶油倒入盆中用手持攪拌機開慢速攪拌均勻,之後­再把糖倒入再次攪拌均勻,把蛋分兩次加入盆中攪拌均勻,再把之前煮溶的巧克力到入盆中攪拌均勻,這時檢查看是否糖顆粒已溶化且麵糊膨脹光亮,最後把熟香蕉倒入攪拌均勻即可­,倒入烤熟核桃用手持刮刀攪拌均勻,準備烤盤把麵糊倒入用刮板刮平再輕敲一下,烤箱溫度下火180度上火200度烤20分鐘即可取出,可用手來壓是否有彈性,這樣就完成布­朗尼
