If you're a server, send it to your co-workers or family and friends who just don't get it. If you're a customer who has friends who don't know how to tip, and you're afraid to tell them they're still tipping as if it were 1982... then send this video their way!

@0MissElizabeth0 Clearly, you don't know how restaurant earnings work. Closeouts are done both for the reason you stated, AND for tax purposes. EVERY. SINGLE. food service establishment that has tip-eligible workers is required by federal law to report at least 8% of those employees' sales, unless you're at a really shady place where everything is under the table (I have worked at one of these, among many other places). Regardless, the percentage differs in every state, but the MINIMUM is 8%.
