this is so stupid! why don't you let him go with the suitcase, have secret agent follow him everywhere and get more information and diffidence with the people who asked him to bring the suitcase... you will catch the big drug smugglers.. put a tracing devise inside the suitcase and you can do a better job and arrest many drug traffickers.. hit two birds or more with one stone. SIMPLE and much ,more clever.
