Really short animation of the Demoman dancing the YMCA dance or whatever it's called. It's mostly intended for showing off the dynamic lighting you can use in SFM though. I copied the moves at the start from the "Evolution of dance" video. When the guy danced to YMCA he made those moves, so i guessed they would be the most correct...

The lip-syncing is a little messed up, and that's because the lips aren't moving. Only the jaw. It's a bug in SFM and i don't know how to fix it.

@hunter2600 After some consideration, i didn't like the idea all that much, so i never got around doing it. Valve eventually broke the DMX exporting for Maya as well. When they fix that though, I can finish off the last project I've been working on, which is 99% finished.

@y2kize I made it myself for the video. I found the file somewhere in the folders and downloaded a plug-in for photoshop so i could edit it. Don't ask me to upload it cause I'm too lazy :)
