I believe the person said it went badly, but they figured it out. As far as being gentle, good god, they were being extremely gentle. Even I couldn't fault them on this one.

Apparently they no longer check here. We've been requesting updates with no response. There are 2 other videos though, showing she seems to be doing good. What a cute little critter.

This is what the baby monkey sounds like for the first two or three days after "pulling" (as the dealers call snatching them from their mothers) continuous crying, possibly not feeding. Meanwhile mother monkey is looking everywhere for her baby. If she was lucky she would have been tranquilized for the baby-snatch, other breeders just wrap her up in a net so she can't fight back.

Whatever happened to this poor baby? Are there more videos somewhere on youtube? The insensitivity shown by the woman bathing the infant monkey is impossible to fathom, and it doesn't bode well for this animal's future. How COULD she hold it under water when it was so terrified and uncomfortable? Most disturbing.

This baby monkey seems too young to be away from the mother, perhaps a mother monkey would never give it a bath this young, or maybe even never. The point is, if we take mother nature away from its elements, maybe we should ease the transition and not try to have them adapt to ours so quickly. If these videos are for family and friends and don't want to be judge by the You Tube community, then the comments section would be disabled or videos would be kept private.
