Tejas has a Pulse Dopler Radar which can track 10 Targets and Engage 2 simultaneously. Range of 150km Air-Air, 300km Air-Sea. It has a Infrared FLIR System.(Comparable to Eurofighter)
It's made of mostly Advanced Composite Materials over metal. This makes it lighter and has a VERY LOW RCS.
It's Delta Wing Design gives it similar level of Agility and Maneuverablity like Rafale,Eurofighter.
It's pretty advanced i would say...

@468rkumar LCA Tejas uses a GE F404 turbofan the same one in the F-18 and Gripen.. and it's far from more technologically advanced than any other plane, at least make up something believable. :)
