  • Man I just love how a bunch of wanabe's like you two talk sh-t about a 90mph forehand... Both of you chumps probably never even made your high school squads much less college ball. Even satelite players like myself have a hard time popping forehands at 80+mph... so go back to your sh-tty league tennis and leave the real tennis to the pros you hack.

  • He definitely mastered the Western Forehand technique. He even got the wrist pronation right, which is important for that grip. No wonder he's 3rd in the world.

  • GOD!! i switched my grip to western like djokovic, and in my eyes nd the feeling in my body, it improved my playing dramatically

  • Hewitt and Djokovic my favourite players :D

  • ugly as hell

  • beautiful forehand.

  • @DillonSinghBasi yes you are suposed to stay on the ground, but!!!! the main point of saying that is so your body stays level throughout the shot. the pros feet leave the ground, but because they r strong they are able to stay level. if you tilt forward a little or backwards the shot could ezily go into the net/ hit the fence.

  • I don't get this, my coach tells me to stay on the ground when I hit, but I always see pros feet coming off the floor when they hit? Any suggestions?

  • i use a northern grip when i play in a northern region. and when i play in the deep south, i use a southern grip,

  • I really feel for this guy. He is so talented but could not win slams after Aus 08. He tends to lose big matches against Fed. Hope he wins Wimbledon.

  • a time when novak was wilson

  • This is a nice forehand, timed it nicely and with great spin and depth on the ball. He uses a semi western grip and probably the textbook like forehand of semi western grip, good follow through, creates spin on the ball.
