Letting the person you're talking to who you are trying to convince of something think they are right is a good idea in general, not just in hypnosis.

can you do videos relating to hypnosis that deals with studying and twisting your brain to make you focus and retain the info more accurately and quickly. I'm doing somethings like the mind map, listening to boraque music or whatever that period of classical music is at a low tone, eating healthy exercising but i need more. I know paul mckenna had one but it was a old old old video that you can't find anymore. I was wondering if you can research on it or make do something?
