Dr. Hal Puthoff - Quantum Physics

Dr. Hal Puthoff is Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. A theoretical/experimental physicist, his research ranges from theoretical studies of gravitation, inertia, cosmology and energy research, to laboratory studies of innovative approaches to energy generation. A graduate of Stanford University in 1967, Dr. Puthoff's professional background spans more than four decades of research at General Electric, Sperry, the National Security Agency, Stanford University, SRI International, and, since 1985, as Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. He has published numerous technical papers and a textbook (Fundamentals of Quantum Electronics, Wiley, 1969) on electron-beam devices, lasers and quantum zero-point-energy effects; has patents issued in the laser, communications, and energy fields; and is co-author of Mind Reach: Scientists Look at Psychic Ability, Delacorte Press, 1977, and co-editor of Mind at Large: IEEE Symposia on the Nature of Extrasensory Perception, Hampton Roads Publ. Co., 2002.

Puthoff works closely with NASA's Breakthrough Propulsion Physics initiative; is Chairman of the Science Advisory Board of Bigelow Aerospace, involved in the construction of inflatable modules for space applications; regularly serves various foundations, corporations, government agencies, the Executive Branch and Congress as consultant on leading-edge technologies and future technology trends; is a member and officer of several professional organizations; and is listed in American Men and Women of Science, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, and Who's Who in the World; and has been designated a Fetzer Fellow (1991).

An electron far from the centre of an atom has a higher potential for energy than an electron close to the nucleus. They can also change their energy levels by emitting or absorbing photons. This being said how would it be possible to use the energy in such an unstable state?

I agree that this is highly improbable, water run cars, however MIT is curently repeating one such experiment where the device appears to have overunity. Texas Tech has some publications on it as well.

I have copies of a patent from Stan Meyers device, and even the tests done on it at various Universities are having difficulties finding why they get more out than in. I'm still on the side of bad measureing, but not for long.

I met a physicist her in philly in 1998 who modified an old Chevy to run on WATER.

He said it was not that difficult. A few systems are out there, like Carl Cell'a system, featured in NEXUS magazine, which I have reprinted, also JOE CELL (Hydrogen on Demand) is another real-world working system and solution, as well as Brown's GAS (HHO) generators. LiPo operates at 65% efficiency at best, and the rest of your examples have yet to generate operational energies. When there are OPERATIONAL generators of "free" energy I will believe the hoopla, but not without facts in evidence. You have yet to quote a single generation system that is in use. There are no free rides.

It would be very difficult to utilize this energy due to the lack of distributional density. Most, if not all, energy sources display some form of potential from one state to another, and the total uniformity of Lamb shift density would make this prohibitive.

But that's just today, and we have a long way to go yet!
