Good song, but the Isleys didn't quite know how to write a slow jam. That would come later (1972's "Love Put Me In A Corner").

Love the Info on the Isley family but you didn't include one very important memeber who played a major role in the success of the group during the 70's-80's period and thats Chris Jasper who played keyboard (open shirt in photo) he also arranged, wrote, produced much of the music during that time and shared lead singing..

O'KELLY ,RUDOLPH, RONALD, VERNON, ERNIE , MARVIN.
THE GROUP WAS STARTED BY VERNON IN 1954,, WITH HIS BROTHERS O'KELLY,RUDOPLH, RONALD. ERNIE AND MARVIN WERE TO YOUNG AT THE TIME.
NOTE : VERNON DIED IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN 1955 AT THE AGE OF 13.
RUDOLPH, RON, ERNIE ARE PRESENTLY ALIVE..
AGAIN VERNON DIED IN 1955, AT THE AGE OF 13,
O'KELLY DIED 3/86. OF HEART ATTACK AND CANCER.
MARVIN DIED 6/10. OF DIABETES.
