This is LlamaMaster's (aka Blake) tutorial on modeling a modular level in 3DS Max. The tutorial seems to be corrupt because it's supposed to be approximately 3 hours in length but I could only get 2 hours and 11 minutes of it to work. Even with the end cut off, it can still teach some basic modeling techniques. The files that came with this tutorial can be found here:
