As Contra 4 was meant to be a "revival" of the old school Contra, and games back then were often not known for particularly interesting endings, this may be an attempt to do something like that but also be a bit creative (come on, "they sure blew up good" was awesome). Of course, who plays Contra for the story line anyway?

I guess I didn't expect much, but they just don't give you enough credit lol. The jump from easy to normal is hard enough.....Its such a difficult game and you beat it on hard.

Konami should give you a gold medal or a money prize or something lol.

I spent like a month mastering contra 4, unlocking everything and such, I never beat it on hard, I was short on cash and sold it. Now I finally can gaze upon the ending. Too bad the ending sucks =(
