Soma is way cooler when he's Dracula! I have the game, and it is awesome! Have you beaten Chaos yet? It sucks that you can only have certain souls equipped to get that ending.

Yeah I've defeated Chaos, though it defeated me the first time, my level was too low so I spent some time leveling up, and capturing more souls. Did you know that Soma looks very similar to Mathias Cronqvist?

Haha, it's ok. Mathias Cronqvist is a character from Castlevania Lament of Innocence, which is the origin story of dracula and the belmonts. Dracula and Mathias share one very important detail, but I won't spoil it unless you really want to know.
