This is Kenya AA and 11.5 g of beans were used. I used a tamper and no special tampering technique was applied. The basket was double.

I unscrewed the black plastic handle and cut the front circular plastic part. And then reassemble and screwed them together.

How many grams do you use?

Any info on your tamper technique?

Is that a double protafiler basket or single?
