@snolan1990 It's cheap and in a way limited towards beginners which isn't that bad. (The lack of complexity makes it toyish, but therefor more attractive to play with imo)
But you can get a Yamaha RM1X for about the same price (or a bit more) and you'll have a way better sequencer, more sounds, more patterns, more options, ...
(but it is alot more complex! )

keep the volume down on your 303 and turn your mic volume down anywhere from 1 to 10 percent if you have to. I had the same problem with my emx. hope this helps if you look at my emx videos I've replaced the audio on the video with the actual mp3

Smooth as ya like!

Ah thankyou very much :) ! I presume you can also tweak the sounds as well ? :)

is this fine to begin with a mc 303 ?

@akufen75 If you are asking if the MC-303 is a good machine to start out on then I think honestly I would have to say no, the sound isn't bad for what you pay but the interface is pretty awful as is the sequencer. It was my frist synth/drum machine but I think I would have been better off skipping it for a small sequencer (MMT-8) a synth module (Perhaps TX81Z) and any MIDI keyboard.

how do you record it? when i tried it with audacity the bass is too high and other problems...

@philippole That sounds like it's a problem with your recording set up. Although there is a bass boost pot on the back that may be causing issues if it is maxed out.

@francaisemusique I couldn't tell you now, I sold the MC-303 about a year ago so I don't know what patches I was using.
