"Stevo Gets The Bad Gyus!" - A (fake) fanfic reading.

Made for Stevothehuman's birthday. It's a tad late, but only by few hours.

This style was quite the stretch for me for many reasons: Most of it was done frame-by-frame, there was no voice synching, and I had to work with text boxes, and if you've heard the commentary for Touhou Sketches YSE, you know this all goes against everything I do in Walfas (puppetry animations, voice synching, and minimal use of text). Plus, this entire video went against everything I was taught as a writer in order to write a fake bad fanfic. It was a tough stretch for me ideologically, but the fact that I was laughing throughout its production (even for the cut bits that were WAAAY too nasty to put in this vid) was a good sign. I hope you enjoy it/cringe as much as I did making it.

Also, it should be noted that Stevo is now responsible for getting me to make *three* videos: Touhou Sketches INDY Edition (after calling me a one-shot), FatFattyFatFat Von FatterFat's Walfas Grand Prix Entry (since he's holding the contest), and this. If beats0me got me into the game, Stevo kept me here.

P.S. The Early Bird Cameo at the end of this vid may give you a hint at what I may attempt eventually in create.swf... if you can only guess what I'm referencing...

Was the spelling really THAT bad, or did you misspell things on purpose?

Either way, it's hilarious hearing you try and pronouce some of them, expecially teh one whare you hadd to replacead the ward with "said"

@CastlePokemetroid Here's how I wrote it: I wrote the whole thing in a notebook beforehand, then I stayed up a whole day before I transcribed it to PC. While I was transcribing it, I had my eyes closed the whole time, resulting in the misspellings.

In hindsight, I wish I could've taken advantage of the misspellings a little more (specifically the "leaving notice") line.

This was the second best birthday present I got this year. It lost only to a bottle of cranberry wine. To be honest, there were moments where only your voice made me tell that I did not make this. How uncanny.

I don't think even I can grasp the layers and layers of in-jokes Waddle Dee's cameo referenced.

To top that off, the fic shipped me with Reimu. What the heck? Every knows StevoGasa is the OTP. What the heck is he doing with that belligerent gold digger?
