well i studies on what it was to start with and then where you find it and really everything i could find about it.I dont eat the clay from this vein out here,although its probly better for you than most of what we do eat,you can order benenite clay,i would like to find info on old indian ways of using it.i have uses it on alot of things,i did with a matic .read on what it does and then go from there,if its bad for you the clay will pull it out of you
