The Spanish mackerel is the fish that to spoil is early.
However, when getting new Spanish mackerel, I am the thing where it is the best to eat, being raw.
Then, to burn only a skin and to eat with the fresh slice of raw fish will be the 1st.

  • @SPOOKSTR 22kg? wow our atlantic mackerel are a kg max and they are powerful for their size. would love if they were 22kg they would be like tunas. cant wait for them to come in close soon.

    First you need to salt the fillets,after you need to rinse them and soak in rice vinegar.

    Only mirin doesn't do anything
