Yeah as cow says you just put stuff in balloons then put some sealant in the end if u want and ziptie it closed. It has a waterproof servo and radio box anyway so only the speed controller and battery really.
Can't do much about the motor without some extreme effort which is why some people like brushed moto,r i've heard they can run underwater.
