Let's Do Lunch with "Brady Bunch" Star, Barry Williams!

Barry Williams, aka "Greg Brady" from The Brady Bunch is the celebrity guest in this first episode of "Let's Do Lunch!", a retro, musical, branded entertainment web series produced by EasyLunchboxes.com and inspired by the variety talk shows of the 1960's and 70's. In this new musical web comedy, host Kelly Lester, the "Singing CEO", mompreneur, and creator of the Easy Lunch Box System, sings, dances, and packs bento style lunch boxes with TV celebrity guest and Brady Bunch star Barry Williams, who has starred in a number of Broadway shows and recently appeared on Dancing With the Stars with Florence Henderson who played Carol Brady on The Brady Bunch. Roger Rose plays himself.

Barry William Blenkhorn (born September 30, 1954), known professionally as Barry Williams, is an American actor best known for his role as Greg Brady in the ABC television series The Brady Bunch.

Barry Williams was born in 1954 in Santa Monica, California to Doris May Moore and Canadian-born Frank Millar Blenkhorn of English, Scottish and German ancestry. He decided as a very young child that he wanted to be an actor, and in 1967 he made his television debut in an episode of Dragnet. He played guest roles in Adam-12, The Invaders, That Girl, Mission: Impossible and The Mod Squad before being cast as Greg Brady in The Brady Bunch sitcom in 1969. As the eldest of the children, his story lines often involved his many romances, and as his character reached his mid-teens, the show's producers began to groom and promote Williams as a teen idol.

His 1992 autobiography, Growing Up Brady: I Was a Teenage Greg, written with Chris Kreski, spent three months on the New York Times bestseller list. The book was adapted into a 2000 TV movie titled Growing Up Brady that starred Adam Brody as Williams.

  • Hands down - my FAVORITE 'business' video!! So much talent in one woman - you're amazing Kelly!! And who knew Lunchbox Crush Barry/Greg had such a cool voice - terrific harmony - everything was delicious!

  • @bringbackdesire Thanks a million. Your comment totally made my day! - Kelly

  • This is fabulous. I've watched it 10 times in the last two days. It sits on the border between reality and fantasy. While we know him from TV, he seems more real than her. She's almost a cartoon character but then strangely real. Hard to describe which shows how special this is.

  • Your specific observations and lovely, generous compliments really made my day. Thank you so much for watching and commenting. *Smiling*. And very real :) - Kelly

  • Excellent production! The retro looks and sets gave an upbeat and comedic atmosphere. The plastic lunch container is exactly what my daughter needs for school! Cool and functional... like it

  • @ronymarilu Thanks so much! - Kelly.

  • @REITRUCKER Awww. Thank you so much!!!! Really appreciate your lovely and supportive compliments Yes, both Sam and Barry are truly crush worthy. Spending a whole day with these lovely gentlemen on the set while we filmed was a serious joy :) - Kelly

  • What a neat concept, to sing about crushes with someone with whom you once had a crush. At my 30th high school reunion, I watched a few people tell other people about the crushes they once had on them. It struck me as healing.

Separate note, love the emcee. He's quite a character.

  • Really well done. Very impressive! Thanks for sending it.

  • Not only do we LOVE this Webisode, we have watched it a million times. THEN we had to get a lunch box. NOW my 9 year old insists on packing her own lunch.... THE NIGHT BEFORE SCHOOL! This is HUGE! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! and LOL big time!

  • Great job! Very funny and love the set~
