Well actually I play about 10 hours a day and there is 24 hours in a day leaving 14 hours for sleeping, eating and anything else I want to do. Mostly 1 hour of exercise a day + lifting weights and riding my exercise bike while playing rs. More exercise than most people do. Mostly sleep 10+ hours a day and still 3 hours left for hanging with friends, eating and so on.

Some days I don't play at all though. But I don't mind wasting few game ticks to improve my security :P
