Transafrika is a non-profit organization based in Colorado. It was started by the Amisi family in 2000. The Amisi's are originally from Kenya, but now live in theUS and wanted to give back to Africa and help people in some of the most desperate situations in the world. This video documents some of our activities there. In just the few short weeks since this video was made, the orphanage for the Maasai has begun, Trans-afrika has helped get balls and pay for fees for referees for the Nairobi Youth Trans-afrika.com Football/Soccer Tournament 20111 and construction has begun for the school in Methare so the children do not have to sit in sewage/water while they study.
