Less food...fewer calories...lead to a longer life. Scientists have been proving that calorie restriction slows down aging since 1930s. Calorie restriction... Optimum nutrition. You need to change not just how much you eat...but also what you eat. Calorie restriction with optimum nutrition works. And it's enjoyable and works best— when you do it on the raw foods.

  • do u ever drink coffee?

  • @Imyourcounciousness

No. In my book Your Right to Be Beautiful I explain why I don't drink coffee.

  • I'm fourteen and I have been a vegetarian since I was eleven. My parents eat meat so I usually end up eating microwavable meals. How would you suggest a way for me to start eating mostly raw that is inexpensive. I am overweight, but this is mostly for the lifestyle!

  • @livemusicrox You can find a lot of information on my website beautifulonraw/com

  • do u take any supplements???????

  • @sweetlolly4791 No, I do not take any supplements.

  • at last, someone talks sense about eating LESS! Thank you

  • @Kwa17

Of course! Many times! It took me two years from 1995-1997 to get to 100 percent raw.

Do not get discouraged. if you fall off the wagon jump right back on.

  • Tonya is correct about calorie restriction. l eat about the same portions as she does, except all my foods are sprouts with some algae, sea vegetables, and some fruit thrown in. Eating high sunlight high electromagnetic vibration foods (water based foods, grasses, weeds and sprouts) is the key. l wonder how Tonya will go in future with EPA fatty acid and other omega 3. Me would think that adding chia seed sprouts to juices would be a good thing.

  • Great stuff...will give it a try asap!!!

  • Tonya I too have been raw a long time (since 1999) and since I am tall, it was always hard to gain "weight" even though I DID gain from 133 to 210 before, and when simply vegan. But I know now that most of the "muscle" is just garbage mass when people force-feed, and a PROPER raw diet (as you remind) is key to building PURE muscle the way NATURE intended. And no pills powders or supplements! I love your video and want to show it to my raw vegan clients!
