It's day #19 of 40 and the juice feast and cleanse is going very good. Last night Brother Echo was back in the kitchen working on a new recipe to include some of the wonderful products from HealthForce Nutritionals (EARTH). Right now I'm testing out recipes and products to find you the best of the best so when we start our next group juice feast/cleanse Friday, March 18th 2011 the protocol will be absolutely perfect and everyone will have the tools they need to get optimized!

Everyone will be happy to know the juice recipe that I came up with "GROUND BREAKER" is absolutely delicious and super healthy for you! The recipe calls for a lot of asparagus which I've had an absolute love affair with lately along with a lot of spinach.
It's important to me that I provide a nice variety of sweet and savory juices, it's so easy to juice the traditional celery, apples, cucumbers and call it a day. In order to keep ourselves interested and inspired we need to always push the juicy envelope in the kitchen by trying out new ideas, flavors and techniques.
I'm convinced most people will really be surprised how good this recipe is and find themselves BIG fans of the variety of produce and yummy EARTH from HealthForce Nutritionals.
Here is the recipe.
"GROUND BREAKER"
10 spears asparagus
1 bunch spinach
8 spears celery
3 carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 hand fresh basil
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
1 lime or (half lemon)
4-6 garlic
1/2 jalapeño (optional)
1 big T HealthForce EARTH
Juice all produce in juicer, add juice to mason jar then add HF EARTH to juice close lid shake shake well... DRINK!
(Serves 1-2)

brother echo i swear me and you have the same story oh my gosh!!!! i dropped from 180 of muscle and creatine and animal proteins and man made vitamins and diary and zma and alllllllll that junk. IT WAS EGO....know i have been vegan for almost a year and i am about 150 pounds but vegan and part raw and i vibrate soooo much better.

hey when doing a juice feast....du just juice as much vegg and fruit as you can? and whats the best way to come off of it?

@bobbybennington I drink whenever I get hungry pretty much usually 3 mason jars of juice per day... maybe a tea at night too.

@melodic21 It's not expensive it's worth every penny. Depending on where you live you need to hunt and find good bargains for organic produce. I live in California so I've got it relatively easy but money is no excuse... if you are worth it... and you are... you'll find a way to feed your body REAL FOOD. Starting out with a 3-day is a great idea... GETRDONE! :-)

I want 2 juice feast but isn't it expensive?? How much do you spend a day? Perhaps i'll just do i 3 day feast 2 get my feet wet! :) Love ur videos...u make me want 2 get healthy! :)

@mcarbone4 I'm not doing any weights now and actually have only been out running like 2x's a week now if I'm lucky. So busy with all the Raw Sangha biz and videos but I'll change gears here in a few days and get my butt back outside for running. I like running and mountain biking along with light free weights and pushups!
