I wonder if David Mitchell ever will actually do some non-comedy acting? It'd be bizare - but kind of awesome - if something like The Bill actually did get him in to play some hard bitten criminal type.

@mig11280 Funny, I think the opposite. He's just not good enough of an actor to pull it off and the fakeness rankles... Dont get me wrong - he's a good comic actor. That sketch just wasn't his best work imo.
