  • I cant even remember, i just googled 'free screen recordiing program'

  • If you want more anatomical detail here it is. The muscles involved in sending a punch are: Anterior portion of Deltoid, Triceps Brachii, superior aspect of Pectoralis Major, Pectoralis Minor & Coracobrachialis.

In withdrawing your punch, muscles are: Brachioradialis, Brachialis, Biceps Brachii, Posterior portion of Deltoid, & to a lesser degree the Rhomboid Minor and Major.

I didn't even get to the stabilizing muscles of the Rotator Cuff or the Scapula. Learn before criticizing someone.

  • I don't understand what you mean by the picture at the end, his bicep wasn't impressive. I'm a 3rd year Physician's Assistant in college, & the Biceps Brachii is a primary Flexor (meaning to bring the forearm closer to shoulder) of the forearm. The Triceps Brachii is a primary Extensor (bring forearm away from shoulder). Therefore, the Biceps Brachii & the Brachialis muscles are used to withdraw your punch, but the Triceps Brachii is used to send the punch forward. Basic anatomy.

  • not. the picture at the end

  • Are you talking about Jet Li?

If so, biceps don't play a major role in a punch, its all triceps. So, big biceps are useless for generating a powerful punch. Also, if you tighten your biceps as you punch you'll actually slow down your punch.

  • im replieing to a comment you made a year ago lol, i made a dragonfroce video with jet li's movie hero....i used strike of the ninja
