lol yeah i remember this. I used to play this quite a bit . i thought the little vids was cool.sort of made the game.

pitty how they make the graphics better in the later civs but loose a nice little touch like this.

This is the main reason I liked civ 2 hehe, love those advisors! The military advisor and the luxury advisor (elvis) were the best hehe.

i really wish the new civs would have kept the council. why can't they make new games as good as the old ones?
