As I mentioned in an earlier post, you can no longer reach Max Baucus by phone, as his voicemail is always "full". A very convenient way to not listen to your messages; just let your box get full, never empty it, use another number for your constituents (like lobbyists) that you never give out to the public, and you can claim you just receive so many messages a day your box is always full.
