how high of alteration do u need for 100 lockpick spell.Ty.

@mamakiddy Your Alteration skill need to be 100 for you to be able to unlock a very hard lock. Also you cannot purchase that spell, you need to create it at a spellmaking altar either at the Frostcrag Spire or the Archane University at the Mages Guild.
