  • An excellent rendition with fairly good Kannada pronunciation. One of the great things about MSS' music is that her uchcharana (pronunciation) of all words is generally pretty good, whether the language is Kannada, Tamizh, Sanskrit or Telugu. Also important to note is that she is pretty old when singing at this concert, which makes this video doubly laudable! :) Will remain an inspiration for many more decades to come.

  • Divine voice with melliflious nature.....really MS Amma is divine personality and when such a person sing a Haridasa song.............it becomes even more beautiful

  • How on earth can someone of the lady's age have that much power and vibrancy in her vocal chords? She must be inspired by Devi Saraswati.

  • excellent.......... kannada nadalli huttidakke danyanaade.. jai hind, jai karnataka

  • @Chempadu123 - its the other way pal. Uchcharana is a pure sanskrit word, and is used in Kannada in its original form - as are most other words. Tamil on the other hand has a lot of words that are pronounced different from sanskrit / kannada.
