Raw Milk trial day 2 in Ontario Michael Schmidt Jan 27 2009

Today the undercover agents from the Ministry of Natural Resources, who posed as a couple, were cross examined in court. The man had told Michael Schmidt that his partner was very ill, which in fact she was, and that they needed the cow share for raw milk so that she could recover her health. He said that this was not on instruction from the Ministry but his own idea to convince Michael to contract with them. The women wrote the cheque with her assumed name, which I say - is forgery, and that from a government official, I did not know that we had such a government, especially when Michael had always encouraged the Ministry to come to the farm and inspect, learn or provide what ever would be needed as far as the Ministry is concerned.
