And on top of that, when your a kid playing this, you had that really fugly password system that required you to have really really good handwriting...which in my case my handwriting so bad I'd have my mom write em down for me.

Example 1:

"Mom! I need ya to write down a password!"

"What game is it?"

"Battle of Olympus."

"Oh shit...lemmie get a pen and paper"

when i was younger i got to see this game once after i played zelda 2 but it was at a friend house and my mother didn't wanted to give it to me. and now am watching it to be beaten by you. play well my friend.

Without any doubt one of the best NES ever made..

The gameplay, graphics, music, difficulty.. all far beyond superb for an NES game

this game is not hard at all. unlimited lives. the only thing that sucks is when you die when you're trying to save up red things. there is one hard part near the end in tartarus, where you have to do an upside-down jump across a ditch. but it least it restarts you right there.
